Stevenson Style!!!!!
The Student Government put together a team of faculty members, and they’re hoping to raise $1000. Having close to their goal, but wanting to excel higher they are sponsoring a Student vs. Faculty Basketball game — March Madness Throw-Down on March 31st at 7pm in the Owings Mills Gymnasium. Non-athletic students will square off against faculty and admin in a fun little game. Admission is $2 at the door for spectators.
Come out to show your support and to see who wins the bragging rights trophy!

The drive will take place in the Rockland Center Banquet Room from 12:00pm to 7:00pm. Anyone interested in donating can pick an appointment time by clicking on the following link, www.membersforlife.org/rccm/bdc/login.php, and then clicking on “Schedule an appointment”. Our sponsor code is 14965.
There is a free gift from the American Red Cross for all donors, and Chick Fil A is giving all donors a coupon for a free Chick Fil A sandwich. If you can’t donate, ask a friend to donate! So come out and

BSU Fashion Show March 26, 2011
Posted by Marina in : Fun Events, Spring 2011 , add a commentLast night Stevenson’s BSU hosted it’s annual Fashion Show. Due to the great turn out last year and the high level of interest from the student body the BSU decided to prepare for the show early and involve more students. Changing the theme to get the school questioning what they would get to see was a success!

As soon as tickets went on sale students rushed to be sure they had a seat to the show, nearly selling out the BSU was very happy with the turn out and left many students talking and wondering still what they will do next year to top this year’s show.

Posted by Marina in : Sports, Spring 2011 , add a commentToday Stevenson University’s Men’s Lacrosse team defended their 8-1 title with another win against Scranton. Throughout almost 3/4 of the game our boys kept Scranton from scoring more than just their already one goal from the first period. With the stands filled with Stevenson students, family, and staff we were able to keep up the intensity and win with an amazing score of 21-7 taking their title to 9-1!
Let’s keep the spirits high and gain another win in the Women’s Lacrosse game today at 3:30 pm.
