Nothing to do and feeling colorful?? Have a tie dye party!! Even if it’s with yourself, tie dye is ALWAYS fun. I did my first tie dye project ever the other night and I wasn’t sure if I fully liked it or not… So Sunday I decided that I would give it another go. And I am so glad that I did!!
And I know what you’re thinking, I preach about saving money and blah blah. BUT – if you go to your craft store, they have kits for just 10 dollars and shirts for about $3. Still a little steep? Do what I did… Visit your craft stores website and see what kind of coupons they have to print out. A.C. Moore usually has a 40%-50% off any single item, so I only ended up paying $6 for my kit. Yes, I know, I’m frugal.
Anywho – tie dying this time around was such a success. I did two different techniques – one swirly (which looks amazing) and one that was supposed to be striped, but isn’t. However I love them both – and the one even has hearts on it!! When Ty was done wrapping his up, we called it the chicken (lol). His turned out amazing also, and had peace signs!!! We unwrapped our shirts yesterday and it was so exciting! I’m actually wearing one of mine today! It always makes me feel so bright and cheery when I have fun clothes on with bold colors.

There are always fun things to do – you just have to get up and do them!!

I love you so very much. And I think this will be a great idea to do with our children 
Because I know we had a blast and I think kidas would too lol.
