Now I know you’re thinking – What is that and why doesn’t it look so good? Well truth be told – it was the best thing I have eaten at Rockland all semester. That my friend – is a taco bar. It was delicious to say the very least. And it totally hit the spot! At my house, my Dad makes taco’s EVERY Monday night (aka, Taco Night) and it is my favorite night of the week. It was special to have them on this chilly Monday night; made me feel a little more at home.
I highly recommend the taco’s. YUM is the only word I can think of right now. Even my friend Maria, who has NEVER eaten a taco – LOVED it! Good job SU!
It was a wonderful last meal before my vegetarian experiment begins

How is being a vegetarian going? When you’re ready for meat again I will take you out for a burger at Five Guys….yum!!!!!!!! On the other hand being vegetarian means you can have as many yummy tater tots as you want!
