Spring Is “In” October 14, 2008

Well – Sort of.  the time has come for students to meet with their advisers and register for their Spring semester courses!  I can’t believe half the semester is already over.  I, luckily, did not have any mid-term exams.  (Thank God).  But anyway, this morning in Freshman Seminar we went over the steps and procedures to signing up for classes.  It is very important that freshman make appointments with their advisers ASAP so they can get into the classes they want.  Unfortunately – freshman are the last to log on and register for classes.  But please don’t get discouraged – sometimes it works out for the better.

Over the summer, I went to sign up for my classes and much to my surprise – every course time, teacher, and day I wanted was filled.  Completely… filled.  I had a mental breakdown to say the least.  Now, after Tylor got me to calm down and focus, I found that it wasn’t such a bad thing.  We found most of the same courses and made a wonderful schedule that really complies with me life.  On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I don’t have class past 12 o’clock!  Which is exactly what I wanted.  And I only go to Greenspring on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 12.  It worked out perfectly – so please, just keep your head up… everything will work out.  Sometimes it won’t be the way you want it to be – but you can’t always get what want, but if you try sometimes, well you just might find, you get what you need. :)

So freshmen – hurry and make appointments with your adviser’s so you can possibly get what you want!
